hi i moved my domain from my wordpress to a shopify store and no i can find my wordpress website .. i really need help please

What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? Even the old URL would be useful. We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help.

That’s the problem I can’t find the old URL and I can’t find a customer service number for word press . I have one old URL saved on my history – hybridhookahs.com/wp-adam – it just goes to my new Shopify website

I’m not seeing any record that hybridhookahs.com was ever associated with a WordPress.com account.
This could mean that your old site was using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere. If that was the case, your best bet might be to contact your old web host and ask them if your account is still active or if they happen to still have your site files on their server.
