Website Malfunctions

  Hi,
  I am new to WordPress. I have been trying to sign up for WordPress and make an account because I am interested in making a website for my business but every time I try to sign up, I click the ‘sign up’ button and it loads into a blank screen with the WordPress boarders still at the top and everything. The end of the url says retry. I managed to make an account but the same issue is happening with other parts of your website.

  Hi James,

  I think we are experiencing the same issue. When the sign up page is accessed on Internet Explorer 11, all we can see is the blue banner at the top of the page. The sign up information never appears. I understand the IE 10 and below isn’t supported, but I didn’t think IE 11 wasn’t either. Can this be looked in to please? The page I am referring to is

  Hi there,

  The errors you’re describing is what happens when something is blocking the JavaScript the site needs to work. Please make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browsers:

  http://enable-javascript.com/

  Also try disabling any browser add-ons that might be blocking JavaScript, e.g. ad blockers, privacy or antivirus/anti-malware extensions and see if that helps.
