    Hi, I was hoping to change my name to a different website and it says that the website does not exist when I type it in, but it won’t let me change my name. Do you know why that is?

    Hi there, what is the address you are trying to change your site to and we can look into that for you?

    One thing that can happen would be that the site url you want is reserved if someone already has that at a username.
