Website no longer comes up

  My website is no longer coming up. I have not accessed it in a number of months. I did check with Host gator and realized the account had expired. I paid to have it renewed, and they advised my Word Press site may take 1-4 hours to come back up. It’s been several days now. Can it be restored?
