  Hi there, our website ‘ simmankbox.com’ is showing as not available when searched in the address bar.

  page extensions still work if you take the address from that address bar whilst signed in as admin.

  Any help appreciated as our customers cannot view the site.

  Hi there, your site at simmankbox.wordpress.com loads for me and a whois search for simmankbox.com comes up with “No domains found” so it might not be related to the issue that @staartmees mentioned.

  However, if you have a WordPressdotcom Business plan upgrade, please log in with the account that owns the upgrade and contact direct support via https://wordpress.com/help/contact
