Website Not Loading

  Purchased domain http://www.designtonic.me from wordpress. When I click on the website it doesn’t open – The error message I see ” The server can’t be found because the DNS look-up failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website’s name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.” Checked it on chrome, internet explorer and safari, doesn’t work anywhere

  Hi there,

  I’m very sorry about that! For some reason the domain registration didn’t go through properly, so the domain wasn’t registered.

  I removed designtonic.me from your site and credited your account for that previous purchase so you can try registering it again as a new domain. You can do that from your Domains page, by clicking on “Register a New Domain.”

  Please let me know if you run into any more trouble with the domain!
