Website not loading

  Hello, I am having trouble logging into my website, It keeps saying it is taking too long to load, I have also tried on another devise to bring up the site ( Non-DASHBOARD) and still no luck.

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t created a site on WordPress.com yet, what is the address of the one you need help with?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, I recommend contacting your host for advice. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you need any further help after speaking to them.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you are unsure.
