Website not loading

  Good afternoon, I was notified by a customer that our website is no longer working. When attempting to look myself, it would not load. Now, looking on my WordPress account, I do not see any sites listed.
  Please advise.

  Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your site. Please note that your site at unoscarwash.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  I tried visiting the site and I can’t see it either. I’d suggest contacting your hosting service provider first. I see that the domain is currently pointing to parklogic.com nameservers. Are they your hosting service provider?

  Please contact your host to see if the service with them has expired. They’ll be able to share more insights into this. If they refer you to WordPress support, please post on the WordPress.org community support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
