  Please explain what you are trying to do and also give us the URL of your website. Mind these forums are for websites made on the wordpress.com platform. If your website is using the standalone version of wordpress.org, their forum is at https://wordpress.org/support/. If you need info regarding nameservers, you must contact your hosting.
