website not showing

  the last couple days i have been informed by my clients that my web page has not been available to be viewed online. i have renewed my domain with wordpress, but this is still a month ahead of when my domain is up and would have been shut down. so i dont know what the problem is. i need to get my site back up and running asap. thank you

  I can confirm that neither URL is resolving for me, and I have flagged this for staff attention; have you also renewed domain mapping?

  Yes I have renewed it, but normally this is a green active under the domain. Now it just says expiring 2014

  Hi there – there are two different domains connected to your account.

  http://tbaycrossfit.com/ – is mapped to your site correctly and the domain registration and mapping are renewed through 2013-12-25.

  tulalipbaycrossfit.com – was originally registered through another provider, not WordPress.com. While you renewed your WordPress.com domain mapping, the domain itself has expired and was already purchased by someone else.

  You might try contacting them to see if they’d be willing to sell it back to you:

  In the meantime, I’ve removed the mapping of tulalipbaycrossfit.com to your WordPress.com site and issued a $13 refund for the domain mapping. It can take 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected on your account.
