Hello,
According to WP.com http://www.omniself.net is not powered by WP.org. However, it is hosted by the latter. How to fix this?

The site in question is registered through one.com. The name servers also point to one.com which indicates that is also the hosting provider.
WordPress.org is a software and not a hosting provider.
WordPress.com (here) is a managed hosting environment, but your site isn’t linked to us in any way. That means we aren’t able to provide support.
Use https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or contact your host for help.
