  There is foreign message requiring the visitor to download some new software when you go to my website – coachbiancardi.com. I can’t even log into the WordPress.com admin to Live Chat with a support team. Any ideas?

  Your site definitely got hacked. However as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com but uses the open source wordpress.org, you can get support at https://wordpress.org/support/
