  m website is not working and opening main website is opening butt wp admin portal where we add new update and other settings are not working

  Ah, got it… because the site isn’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much. But here are a few ideas:

  – Check to see if you have an admin email with clues

  – Ask your host to check error logs

  – If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):

  – Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
