  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. If your wp-admin login and password reset options aren’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools.
