  Hi

  Our website isn’t working and I am trying to figure out who to contact to get some answers

  Help?

  ….it says because the server where the website is located isn’t responding. Is that a wordpress thing or the site domain name thing?

  Mine is not working today either. Says the same thing , . . “server where the website is located isn’t responding.” It finally worked for 30 minutes or so and just when I went to “publish,” it quit again. Has anyone found out anything yet?

  I am trying to figure out if it is a web host issue…still waiting to hear from the office staff.

  Is your blog in fact a free hosted WordPress.com blog?
  Or is it a WordPress.org install?

  We’re in Canada and i believe it is a wordpress.com blog

  http://www.jetottawa.com/ is not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software here at WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click this link http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
