Website not working

  Can you please explain what we need to do to get the website we have through you working. The username is steve. The website is gracefremont.com. The pastor who set this up stated it should auto remew as it did in the past? Is this correct? If it didn’t, how do we fix it? Please email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  That domain doesn’t appear to be “through” WordPress.com. It looks like that domain expired 21st December so you’ll need to approach whoever was hosting that site (possibly CloudFlare?) to see if there is a backup and if the domain can be recovered or not.
