Website not working unless users are logged in

    Hi! The person I made this site for just told me the site doesn’t work. Their screenshot said theI went to look and it said that something unexpected is happening with the site.

    So when I looked, it said the site was private, but worked when I logged in.

    We haven’t changed the settings in months. Please help?

    Hi there,

    From what I can see the site hauntedoldandbeautiful.home.blog was upgraded to the WordPress.com Business plan in 2019 and it was renewed as recently at 2021. However it appears that the 2022 renewal date was missed, and as a result the plan was removed from the site.

    Please note that when the Business Plan is removed, it will sometimes revert to it’s ‘pre-business’ state and it seems this is why the site is set to “private” at the momement.

    You can set the site to Public again here, and that will restore the ability for folks to see it without the need for a login: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/hauntedoldandbeautiful.home.blog
