  How can I check which plan I have with WordPress? A third party we use to edit our site says we have a standard plan and need a ‘pro standard plan’ instead.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. Or perhaps someone else in your organization is the upgrade owner?
