Website pointing to older wix site after domain transfer

  I had recently have had my domain transferred from Wix to blue host and created a new website in WordPress. The domain name has been successfully transferred but the WordPress website did not get assigned. I went to the settings to assign the domain name to it but it didn’t work. Now I cannot find the wordpress website I had created for migration. If I unassign the domain name from wix website, it still goes into error on a Wix error page. If I assign the domain name to wix, Bluehost pint to the Wix website My WordPress website is giving a not found error. Please help.

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Mind domain propagation can take up to 72 hours. If your problem still excists after 72 hours, you must contact Bluehost support.
