  I had a website, but I hadn’t really use it and I’m assuming it was deactivated for lack of use. I looked up the domain name and it said it’s unavailable. It it because it’s still mine or has someone else taken the name? I don’t know much about websites. Can I reactivate my account? Is all my content lost? Who can I ask?I used to run my website on my laptop. I can’t find any of my account information. It’s been a long time. Can someone please help me.

  Hi there,

  If you’re referring to royalhillsidekennels.com which was connected to your WordPress.com account, then that site was hosted by GoDaddy. So, you need to get in touch with them to figure out if it’s possible to restore your site.

  Ok. Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve just contacted them and I’m awaiting a reply. I’m not really sure how all these things fit together as far as “hosting sites”. I’m still learning. Thank you!
