Website Recovery
-
Hello,
We have been trying to access our WordPress Admin account and have for some reason been blocked out, once we login we are greeted with a message informing us we do not have permission to access it. Is there anyway you can help with this?
We talked to our web designer and he thinks it may have been hacked.
Any Solutions? ThanksSite: https://agimports.co.nz/wp-login.php.

Hi there!
Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your site. Please note that your site at agimports.co.nz is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.
We are happy to point you in the right direction, but note that you may need to contact your hosting service for help or post on the WordPress.org community forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
I noticed the error message
There has been a critical error on this website.when I visit your site. It’s perhaps caused by a plugin or theme update on your site. The WordPress.org site has a troubleshooting guide that you can follow here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/You may need to contact your hosting service provider for help with accessing the site (like, via FTP/SFTP). Because the site’s files are hosted on their servers, only they can help you in this regard.
If you continue to have trouble, please post on the WordPress.org community forum at this link: https://wordpress.org/support/forums – folks there are more experienced with WordPress.org software and can point you in the right direction.
Regards
