Website Says It Doesn’t Exist

  Hello, I just went on my website and got a message that says it doesn’t exist and for me to register it. This website had been up and running with no problems for several years now. I’m not sure why we are getting this message.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Unknown
  Correct account: Unknown

  Hi! This happened to me as well! I had the site for at least 4 or 5 years and I can’t find any record of it anywhere? Please advise!

  Hi @stempathwaysadmin,

  This happened because the Business plan that this site was on expired a month ago. You probably didn’t get any notification about the expiration because the upgrade is owned by a different account (@njstemecosystems).

  To resolve this, you need to contact the site’s plan owner (@njstemecosystems) and ask them to renew it.

  If they’re having difficulties in renewing it, you can tell them to contact us here in this forum thread.

  Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site was using the WordPress software and it was hosted elsewhere, you’ll need to get in touch with that other hosting provider.
