Hello, there.
We recently had a bad experience with a web designer who is withholding my business’s login information. The designer took down the business website for flowerstoo-lagunabeach.com. We would like to make sure that he will no longer have access in the future, but we’ve already changed the passwords several times and deleted him from admin. He still manages to access the site.
Is there anyone we can contact to take care of this problem or will we have to rebuild another website completely? Thanks and we appreciate your help.

a note on web sites – there are two log-in’s for a WordPress.ORG install – one into the WordPress software and a second log-in to the web site itself – the designer might be entering through the web site files –
