    I was trying to set up another website and tried to make a payment with paypal but I never go confirmation, waited for more than 10 minutes and still no confirmation. Tried to use another payment method and it didn’t go through either.

    Hi there,

    What upgrade were you trying to purchase and was it under the account you are contacting us from now? I do not see anything in our system of an attempted payment. Did it look like the payment went through on your end and you just didn’t receive email confirmation?
