Website Showing Code

    Hi there. Just recently started a site and when following a tutorial deleted all of the plugins that were preloaded on my site. After doing so my website said the ‘critical error’ message. I managed to get this message to go away after messing around a bit but now the code of my website it displayed all over it. It doesn’t matter if I change themes or anything else I do to customize there is just a bunch of code displayed there. Any help would be much appreciated.
