  Hi I am being charged for hosting but don’t need this mapping facility, as my domain is hosted with 123-Reg and visitors are directed there to load my website by ‘DNS’ services located on the internet. Can anyone advise , How do I get this reimbursed / cancelled with WordPress ?

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.
