  we had a servicer linked to our website but they are no longer in operation and so we need help unlinking their links to our buttons and pages on our site

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  We can’t help directly because we don’t host box2021.temp.domains on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

  Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform — sometimes called “WordPress.org” — which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
