We can’t help directly because we don’t host futuresightsllc.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your web designer used the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically sites on WordPress.com do not display an “Account Suspended” message (for any reason) which is my first clue that you might have WordPress through another provider.
Sadly this message usually means that the website hosting account for the site has been closed or suspended for lack of payment. I can confirm the domain is connected to Namecheap Hosting according to the domain WHOIS info here: https://gwhois.org/futuresightsllc.com+dns
In this case it sounds like this is an action that was taken by your web designer, and I’m sorry to say that we are not able to help on this end since we are not connected to your designer or your host directly. You will need to work this out with the directly I’m afraid.
