  hello sir my website theme is not working properly I activate the theme but it does not show features of the theme it shows a simple page. this is the same problem in every theme I request you to plz see this and solve this issue as soon as possible

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I activate the theme but it does not show features of the theme it shows a simple page.

  For this I would recommend checking to see if the theme has some setup instructions. If you paid somebody for the theme, you should also be able to reach out to their support directly.
