website thumbnail doesnt appear

  i bought the domain.
  but when i share my site on facebook, the thumbanail doesnt appear. it remains blank.
  but it appears when i include wordpress in the link. eg

  http://www.tfortravels.com
  this one has no thumbnail
  http://www.tfortravels.wordpress.com
  this one has thumbnail

  but since i bought the domain of course i want to use my domain alone. how can i include the thumbnail?
