website transfer

The Foloowing email was sent to be by my Website Tech. She is trying to build the wesite but cannot do so. she thinks there is still an issue on the WordPress side.
Hey Tiny,
Last week I was trying to get the DNS for the domain name to point to GoDaddy, then forward the website to WordPress and have your email work (hosted by GoDaddy). When I made the changes, the email worked but the website was down. So I reverted the settings back, and your website is up (hosted by wordpress) but your email didn’t work.
I called GoDaddy Text Support twice, and they said the settings seemed fine on their end. Which leads me to think there is an issue with WordPress. To have “forwarding” work on their side, you have to pay an extra $13/year to WordPress. But what is problematic is that the url crossfitbigtiny.wordpress.com didn’t work, never mind the forwarded crossfitbigtiny.com
WordPress doesn’t have Tech Support; you have to send them an email. One of you could go ahead and copy/paste this text in an email to WordPress and I will try to work thru this issue for you. I’m in Phoenix this week working at a client’s offices. I haven’t had much time to look at this (been working 12 hour days) but will get to this as soon as I can.
