Website UI layout gone and WP-Admin portal Unaccessable

Hi, This is the first time Ive created a wordpress account for the forums as i typically only oversee the WP-admin portal of my fathers website as an administrator.
My father has a website at themarinepub.co.uk and as of about 8pm last night I have been unable to access the WP-Admin portal and all images and UI structure has been lost.
Can someone at WordPress assist me in figuring out what on earth is going on, i am starting to suspect that the website was hacked and the wordpress site was closed, if this is the case is it possible to restore this.

themarinepub.co.uk is a WordPress.org site hosted by names.com, rather than WordPress.com:
The login details are the stored on names.com servers so they will be the best people to contact for help with logging in — they should also be able to check their logs for unusual activity.
The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post for advice if you need more help after speaking to your host:
