  None of these are resolving and our website is offline.

  Please check in your dashboard to see if your domain mapping upgrade has expired > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  Your name servers don’t seem to be pointing to WordPress.COM – you need to check with your Registrar to change them back to here

  You should also double check your domain mapping status & make sure they are paid for

  Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
