Website unavailable after a change made

    Each time I try to update my website it times out/ becomes unavailable, took too long to respond is usual thing, this happens just after I press update. It’s only unavailable on whatever internet I am using, fine everywhere else. This also happens when I use 4G. Doesn’t matter what computer I use, just what internet. After a few hours I can see it again, I make a change, same thing happens. Why might this be, it’s been like this for at least a week? Thanks

    Hi johenbrey,

    Just to confirm — are you trouble with johenbrey.wordpress.com or one of the others sites in your account? And does this only happen with a certain post or page, or with any change you try to make?

    Hello,
    The website is a different site not on my account. Someone else’s that I am working on. It seems to happen when I make any change at all, its all fine until I press update after which it all becomes unavailable. :-(

    Is the site hosted here at WordPress.com or is it hosted elsewhere using the software from WordPress.org?
