Website updated everywhere except Chrome Mobile App

We recently had our website redesigned, and the new version is showing on all browsers except the Chrome mobile version. We have cleared our cache and the browsers are updated. Every visitor has had the same issue as well (even customers who have never been on the site).

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. I have attempted to log into WordPress.org, and it is saying that my username and password is incorrect. I do not believe we have ever created that account. I have been logging on using WordPress.com.
What is the best way to solve this?

WordPress.org is entirely separate from how you log in to your site and WordPress.com.
If you’ve never posted for support there before, you’ll need to register for a new account first.
