website upgrade

    Hello,

    This website has been down for some time due to the business being temporarily out of operation. I would like to reinstate the website now but am concerned that all of the design elements have been removed. If I reinstate will the design elements return?
    Currently when I go on the site it just shows an enlarged version of the logo and when I try and edit it brings the content but none of the design.

    The site still exists under https://pdfcomplete.wpcomstaging.com/ but may not be totally operating properly, because a paid Business or eCommerce plan is required for those plugins to function.
