  I tried to purchase the website upgrade, and i thought it went thru but i keep getting a blinking screen. Not sure what happened. I’m wanting to do the business upgrade, but also transfer my current site from squarespace – maybe that’s causing the glitche?

  Hi there,

  I do not believe that the import from Squarespace is the issue. At what point in the process are you receiving the glitch? Is it where you are trying to add your payment method? I was able to get to that point under your account with any issues.

  This may also be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache? I would also disable any browser extensions you may have and to see if that does the trick.
