    I did not use the extra feature for the website, even though I paid for the premium.

    I do not plan to use the website feature with word press, so could you release the URL please?
    I had that URL for 15 plus years, so I would like to not have it locked in to WordPress.

    I’m not seeing any WordPress.com upgrades associated with your account. Could you have had a second WordPress.com user account that the purchase was made under?

    I had that URL for 15 plus years, so I would like to not have it locked in to WordPress.
