Website vanished. when I visit my site all I get is GoDaddy ‘parked’ page

    I do not know how long the site has been down, a customer informed me today but it may have been down hours, days, or weeks.

    Is there any way to know if this is a technical issue on my end, a technical issue on WordPress’s end, or an account issue and how to resolve it?

    Could you please confirm the domain in question?

    It sounds like it’s a technical issue on GoDaddy’s end. If your domain has a website and did not expire, the website should be up and running. Anyway, people here can only investigate further and help you once you provide the URL of the site in question.

    I can also recommend installing Jetpack on your site. It will inform you as soon as your site is down so that you can take action immediately:

    As for this particular issue, you’ll probably want to contact GoDaddy directly.
