  To verify that you own a site, you have two options to select from:

  Option # 1 – Add a tag to your home page
  Option # 2 – Upload an HTML file to your server.

  How to i verify my website to affiliates they gave only 2 option ?

  It’s not possible to upload or modify HTML files for your site, or add meta tags to your site’s header, except on our Business Plan.
