Website version

    Good morning,

    I have just been informed by one of my parents that our website isn’t opening and when it does it goes back to a very old format.

    Why would this be and how would we go about getting back the version of the website we have updated.

    Hey there, the free site you linked us to seems to be loading up. Can you confirm what site you need help with?

    Also, these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com, vs. sites using WordPress code with another host. If you’re not sure about your site, send a link, and we can point you in the right direction.
