  How can I change my older version of a WordPress website so that it views larger on cell phones. My website is weddingsbykathleen.com.

  You are in the wrong forum as your site uses ther open source wordpress.org. As you are using a commercial theme, you must contact support of the vendor Elegant Themes as wordpress.org users don’t have access to the theme files.
