website will not open

  Hi , trying several different browsers, I still cannot open my website either under …addavideo.com.au or …addavideo.wordpress.com it only opens under the name of adda-video.com. I have in the past been able to open it under addavideo.com.au after pointing this name to addavideo.wordpress.com I have been assure by my registra that it is working on their end . Can you tell me what the problem may be?
