website won’t load

    Hi, my website went down yesterday and it won’t load. I can’t even access my admin login it says it’s down as well. This is what I get below when I try to sign in.

    This site can’t be reachedwww.laceyestates.com took too long to respond.
    Try:

    Checking the connection
    Checking the proxy and the firewall
    Running Windows Network Diagnostics
    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Unknown

    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that if I try to visit laceyestates.com it does not load for me. Sadly We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. DotEasy uses a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.

    However, it seems from what I am able to see using our tools there is possibly a domain configuration issue, though I am not able to see more detail than that. I’d recommend reaching out to DotEasy support for a closer look and to ask them to confirm that you have the correct settings for your domain.
