Website won’t open, file downloads automatically

    Hello!

    I am new to blogging and my website is still not live. When I try to log into my website however, the page automatically downloads a file which reads as a 418b error. I don’t even have the opportunity to enter my login information…it directly goes white and downloads this error file. Please help!

    There seems to be something wrong with the configuration of your site, but since it is hosted by BlueHost, you need to contact them regarding your that issue.

    We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. For help with a self-hosted WordPress site you can also ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
