website wordpress password problems

Hello, I have the content management for my website under wordpress, i have been having continuous problems with password. I have tried to reset the password, type in the old one and i cannot access the wordpress at all which means i cannot access my website for my business. the username i had was carolineM but i couldn’t tell you the password as it keeps saying its wrong even when i reset it. My blog is under carolinesstyle but that seems fine. My email address is info@caroline-atelier. I would appreciate an urgent response on this as i need to upload content to my website.

What is the URL of your site? You have listed carolineatelierdotcom.wordpress.com as the site you need help with, but I am not seeing any content at that site.
