weird heading
-
I cannot seem to edit a default heading of random numbers placed as headings for photographs I posted on the ‘about’ page. (The heading shows when I select one photograph, and that appears on its own page).
Thank you for your help!

Hi,
I don’t find any image on the “About” page, which is titled “Gospel Updates & Photography.” Are you referring to the images in the gallery widget in the sidebar widget area?
-
Hi,
Thank you so much for responding.
Sorry, yes, that’s exactly what I meant – hadn’t realized the widgets are separate. Sometimes when you click on a photo, it goes to the gallery; sometimes it opens to the same Gospel Updates/About page but with the one photo, and atop that is a random set of numbers as if they are a heading for the photograph.
Does that make sense?
-
Yes, it makes sense. Three of the four images have numerical titles, because they weren’t given proper titles when they were uploaded. See the following attachment pages:

Each of those pages should have an edit tab that will open an image editor. You may edit the images there, or at the media library. You may add a title, and change the permalink, then update.
The names which pop up when you hover over an image in the gallery are “image title attributes,” not the actual image titles.
