Weird importing issues for Wix site

    Hi, happy weekend!

    So days ago I attempted to import an existing Wix site to WordPress. However, most of the ‘block’ content, along with the overall layout of the site, weren’t rendered at all in the resulted site. I’m wondering if there exists a way that I can let WordPress fully import the rest of the site content.

    Hi there,

    We attempt to import as much of your content as possible from Wix, but please be aware that there is some functionality that does not transfer over because our two systems are so different.

    Specifically the design (layout) of the site you created at Wix does not transfer over to WordPress.com. We are able to import most pages, blog posts, and uploaded media, but the design your site used previously only works at Wix.

    Now that you are on WordPress.com you will need to find a theme (from our built in directory of theme choices here) for your new site and can set up that theme using the content that was imported from Wix.
