  I have confirmed my email, but I am not receiving a Welcome Kit email. I need to sign into my Company’s wordpress with a security key but I am not receiving a Welcome Kit. I have checked my spam folder and it has not arrived.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?
