‘Welcome to Block Widgets’ dialogue box won’t close

Hello, when I enter the block widgets editor, this ‘Welcome to Block Widgets’ dialogue box opens up and won’t close no matter how I try to get out of it, even if I try clicking the links in the dialogue. How can I get past this dialogue?
